Who we are

dolēre is the responsible party for personal information collected through this website. You can reach us at hello@dolere.co.za.

What we collect, and why

We only collect what you type into one of our two forms:

• Recommend your vet: the clinic's name and its phone number or town. We use this to contact the clinic about dolēre. We do not ask for your own details.
• Request a pilot: your name, practice name, email address, phone number (optional), roughly how many euthanasias you perform per month, and any message. We use this to reply to your request.

How it is handled

This website has no database. When you submit a form, the details are sent to us as an email and are not stored on the website itself. They then live in our mailbox, and we keep them only for as long as we need them to follow up with you. The email passes through our email delivery provider so that it can reach us. We do not sell your details or use them for anything else.

The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not load scripts, fonts or images from third parties.

Your rights

You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@dolere.co.za. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you may complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.
